Ladies and Gentlemen, we are soooo excited to host our very first New Year's Eve party in this beautiful city. For the occasion, our crazy joyful team has prepared an evening like no other. 🤹🏻‍♂️🎲🎉💃🕺🏾💫🥂 A specially designed menu, board games, a DJ... we want you to fall off your chair because you’ve eaten too well, we want you to get dizzy because you’ve laughed too much and we want you to have worn out your shoes by dancing all night. 🙃 🎬 So how is it going to happen? 🎬 When you arrive, we'll give you an envelope which contains all the information for the Grand Jeu Fil Rouge. It's a game you are going to play throughout the whole evening with everyone. The goal is that you get on well with as many people as you can and start 2020 with plenty of new friends. Our BOARD GAME SOMMELIERS will obviously be there to serve and explain the games to you. When the clock strikes midnight, the bar downstairs will transform into your dance floor and will close when you guys can dance no more. Dress code? As far as we're concerned, we'll dress up so our moms can be proud when we show them the pictures. But you come however you want. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Menu ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Salmon smoked by us with beech and cherry wood, lemon caviar, seaweed and citrus granita * Foie Gras poached in a Thai broth, selection of vegetables with a homemade herb dressing * Morel mushroom fattened chicken ballottine, vin jaune and a selection of vegetables * Hazelnut crumbed cube Fourme d’Ambert * Chestnut mousse, hazelnut dacquoise, Valhrona white chocolate mousse, tonka beans, with a salted butter caramel and cocao nibs centre 🍃🍃🍃Vegan Menu🍃🍃🍃 Autumnal tart, pan fried with seaweed and Jerusalem artichoke with a walnut vinaigrette * Smoked tofu poached in a Thai broth and selection of vegetables with a homemade herb dressing * Truffle and morel mushroom risotto accompanied with mini-vegetables * Hazelnut crumbed cubed vegan cheese * Pear poached in a winter syrup, garnished with a Saint-Domingue chocolate mousse and a tonka bean English cream from the siphon 🍾🍾🍾 Drinks🍾🍾🍾 Cocktail upon arrival A glass of champagne 2 drinks (25cl of draught beer, glass of wine or soft drink) A wine and food pairing will also be in the offering. We’re currently working on our pairings, more info to come! 🚨 Reservations and practical info 🚨 ☝🏼 In order to deliver the best experience, the entrance on that night is strictly reservation only. There’ll be 120 people maximum. That's a perfect number to play, dance and interact with one another. ☝🏼 If you buy tickets for your friends, please let us know their names by sending us an email at brussels@la-luck.com. We need everyone's name for the Grand Jeu Fil Rouge. ☝🏼 If you want the vegan menu, please send us an email as well so we can prepare the right quantities. ☝🏼 Please, do not arrive later than 8 pm. ☝🏼 We are kid friendly year round.
